We all listen to music, I do everyday. Most of us listen to different music to. Some of us can sing, some cant (I know I cant). But we all listen to music for different reasons (yes I started a sentence with but Mrs.Westfall). I listen to music because the songs I listen to remind me of myself or others. While another person might listen to music because it entertains them, or because its whats cool right now. Now me and a friend had an argument over if Led Zeppelin was better than Green Day (Zeppelin of course) now I'm not saying Green Days a bad band I just don't like them anymore and don't listen to there music much because they've always been some cheesy Sex Pistols rip off that fell for Malcom McLarens lie. Thats why I like bands like The Who or The Ramones becuase they were original because they were the first to make the kind of music they did and they didn't change there style (except for Bowie). The people I really don't like though is people who listen to music and have no idea what the music is about they only listen to it because it's cool, like back when Semi-Charmed Kind Of Life was popular and it was overplayed on the radio most people probably didn't know what it was about (drugs and sex) but they listened to it and loved it all because it was on a radio staion that wasn't an oldies station.

I recently joined a group on facebook dedicated to things we all learned from Calvin and Hobbes. I learned some important things from those comics so for those of you who haven't read Calvin and Hobbes read it, this is my dedication to them.

Rant 3 Americans

I'm afraid of Americans

The stereo typical American is really creepy, lazy and possible overweight and doesn't even know there basic algebra (is even knowing what that is). They follow the crow when they really say they aren't, they know all the basketball players but not Oscar Wilde. They believe in christianity because mommy said it was right, and even at the mention of another god have a heart attack even though Aphrodite is mentioned in a song and no one catches it. I am afraid of Americans, and theres nothing you can do about it.

Rant 2 what I think of sleep deprived

Sorry I haven't posted in a while I've been busy with the last day of school and football camp. School got over on a Tuesday which is stupid because it gives us an extra weekend for the pressure to build up. The only reason they stupidly do that is so they can have x students for x number of days and with hunting season here they cant do that. Whats even worse is 1 and a half hours after the last minute of school I have to get a physical for football camp at 6 that day. Luckily the camp goes to Saturday.

Right now were studying my girlfriends moms zodiac, shes a Libra and I'm an Aries my opposite sign which means we get together easily. I'm an arrogant self-centered manipulative revolutionary lazy ass who cant lose. She's a intolerable flirt vain manipulative (see the similarities). My girlfriend is a Capricorn which makes her an OCD penny pincher bullet rationing mattress stuffing pessimist. My mom is a Scorpio she is one step away from being a homicidal maniac who owns black filing cabinets filled with information on everyone. Unfortunately I can only make friends with Scorpio's (my mom), Arie's (my self), and Capricorns (My girlfriend)

In a nutshell for some reason were atrracted to people who are like others were close to which is a commonly ignored fact.

Rant One The many types of government

In social studies class today me and my friends had an argument over if Communism and Socialism actually are better than democracy. Now, now, now I may be Pagan but I'm not totally anti-government you don't have to call the government (or worse the pope), but it brought up an interesting point. If America had a socialist government or a Communist government would we be against Democracy for the same reasons were against the other two. Lack of freedom good on paper bad in practice. So what all my ranting boils down to is that were all idiots and if your going to follow this blog you better accept that fact. Human nature makes us hate anything that's different that's one of the first things you'll learn in physcology. And thats because anyone who's different has the chance to overthrow them. Everyone needs to be different thats the way it is.
